At Monzlteck, we aim to ensure a fair and transparent return process. Please review this policy thoroughly before initiating a return.

1. Pre-Purchase Responsibility

Verify Product Details: Customers must carefully review size charts, specifications, and compatibility information before purchasing.

Order Errors: Returns due to incorrect size, model, or color selection are considered "change of mind" cases. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in such instances.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized/personalized products (e.g., engraved items, made-to-order goods).

Installed or assembled products 
Note: Installed items cannot be returned due to safety risks or irreversible alterations that prevent resale.

4. Return Process

Submit a Request: Email [returns@yourstore.com] within 30 days of delivery. Include:

Order number.

Reason for return.

Photos (required for damaged/defective items).

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer-Paid Returns:

    • Applies to "change of mind" cases (e.g., wrong size/model selection).

  • Seller-Paid Returns:

    • We cover costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.


6. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are excluded unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

  • To exchange for a different size/color, return the original item (at your cost) and place a new order.

  • Defective items will be replaced free of charge.
